Built for different properties

Different properties. One way to run each turn.

City apartments, beach houses, cabins, family homes, and distinctive stays are a few examples. Each turn has its own checklist, photos, costs, and notes.

Urban Chic

City lofts and skyline condos.

Keys and fobs, building rules, and the workspace go on the property's checklist template. The cleaner handoff link works from a phone without an account, and receipts and costs stay with each turn.

StayTurn records what you observe. It does not control locks or monitor noise.

Read the checklist guide →
Coastal Beach House

Decks, sand, and group stays.

Group stays wear on decks, rails, and linens. Before and after photos and the cleaner's uploads sit with the stay, so the record is at hand when a question arrives.

Pool and equipment checks belong with a qualified service. The record keeps their receipts.

Read the handoff guide →
Mountain Cabin

A-frames, cabins, hot tubs, and fireplaces.

Hot tub logs, fireplace checks, and access notes go on the checklist. Arrival ready shows what is still waiting, and the local market view carries county hazards and wages for the area.

Readings are recorded, not tested by the app. Service decisions stay with a qualified technician.

Read the readiness guide →
Suburban Home

Family visits, events, and longer stays.

Room by room supplies, the patio, and the grill sit on one checklist. Contributor progress shows what is done, and costs per turn stay visible across the month and the year.

Earnings imports and review activity sit beside the turn's costs. Files are parsed on this device.

Read the cost guide →
Experiential Stays

Treehouses, yurts, and mirrored cabins.

Distinctive structures need their own checklist and their own photos. Notes and decisions belong to each stay, the review help draft starts from the record, and you download or back up the record whenever you need it.

Unfamiliar structural or utility systems belong with a specialist. The checklist records the follow-up.

The work behind the booking

The booking has a system. Now the stay does too.

A booking tells you who is coming and when. StayTurn gives the work around it one place to run: turn prep, handoffs, progress, costs, decisions, readiness, and the facts if a guest issue comes up.

StayTurn helps you prepare the turn and keeps the work you add with the stay. It does not book guests, schedule cleaners, file claims, contact booking platforms, or promise an outcome. More on the research page.

Cleaner coordination

Agree on the window. Share one link. Review what comes back.

A cleaner schedule keeps three facts apart that messages blur together: the time you agreed, the answer you received, and the work you accepted. Each is written with the stay, stamped with the time the service received it.

Available in the web app, with a connected workspace
StayTurn cleaner schedule: the host's schedule panel beside the cleaner's link page
ACTUAL APP · CANDIDATE BUILD · SYNTHETIC TEST STAY
  1. Prepare. Enter the cleaner's display name, the property time zone, and the window. Instructions start blank. You confirm exactly what the link will show before it exists.
  2. Invite. Share the link in your own channel and mark it as shared. StayTurn does not know whether it arrived.
  3. Respond. The cleaner accepts or declines on a phone, with no account. You see the answer and the time the service received it.
  4. Change. A new time needs a fresh answer. The old answer becomes history, never a current acceptance.
  5. Complete. Each photo or PDF shows its upload progress; only Received confirms a service receipt. Marking ready is the cleaner's submission.
  6. Review. Accept the completion or request more work. Acceptance records your review, not the property's condition.
  • Link access is not verified identity. A response records whoever holds the link.
  • An upload announcement is not a receipt. Only a file the service fully received is called received.
  • A submission is not acceptance. The cleaner marks the work ready. You decide.
  • Acceptance is not a guarantee of property condition. It records your review.

Invitation secrets are kept in dedicated server-encrypted storage so authorized workspace members can reopen an invitation. StayTurn can recover those secrets. This is not end-to-end encryption from StayTurn. The cleaner handoff record and Photo Drop remain available beside it.

Photo Drop

Get cleaner photos without an account for your cleaner.

Share the contributor inbox link for a stay in your connected workspace. Your cleaner or co-host can upload from their phone while you are away. You review each upload before it joins the record.

Contributors need no account or payment. Uploads are held encrypted for your review. Direct Photo Drop is also available when both pages stay open.

The cleaner schedule adds the agreed window, the cleaner's answer, and your decision beside these photos.

Ownership details

Local records stay on your device unless you share them. In a connected workspace, saved records and files synchronize for authorized operators. StayTurn manages the encryption keys for shared records. You choose whether to include existing device records. You can also download a record or, where supported, keep a separate folder copy.

Import previews are processed on your device and leave source files unchanged. Records you save into a connected workspace synchronize with that workspace. You choose when to export or back up the record.

For desktop folder access, use Chrome or Edge. Other storage and export options depend on your browser; the product page lists tested browser support.

Solo · Team · Unlimited

One purchase. Three operating scales.

Link-only cleaners and contributors are always free. Each workspace includes 10 GiB of encrypted file storage. Unlimited refers to operators. Run each turn with your team. Connect a workspace to share progress, photos, and updates across devices.

Solo is $19.99 once. No subscription. Operators sign in with the Shopify account authorized for their workspace. Cleaners and contributors using a link need no account or payment.

Where do my files live?

Local records stay in your browser. Connected workspace records and files synchronize through StayTurn for authorized operators, with server-managed encryption. Your existing device records join a workspace only when you choose to include them.

StayTurn does not recruit, dispatch, or pay cleaners, run a marketplace, manage bookings, file claims, contact booking platforms, score guests, sell insurance, or promise an outcome.

Can my cleaner confirm the schedule in StayTurn?

Yes, in the web app with a connected workspace. Agree on the window, share one link, receive the cleaner's answer, review the work they send, and record your decision with the stay. The cleaner needs no account. The answer records whoever holds the link; StayTurn does not verify identity.

What do I need to run it?
